Would you like to modify existing availability or add new ones? Here's how!
Procedure to modify your availability
⚠️ Note: Creating new availability without an end date will overwrite the existing availability for the following dates. If you're looking to create several availabilities, do so chronologically by creating the closest one first, followed by the next, and so on until the last.
To modify your availability, make sure you are in the "Overview" tab, then sleect your initials in the top right-hand corner.
In the window, select the “My availability” section.
Select the week you wish to modify and add the desired information
Correct the options and save by clicking on the little check mark in the top right-hand corner.

Your changes are then submitted for approval to your manager. A notification will be sent to you after your modifications have been reviewed.
