Add or Modify my Availability on the Mobile App

How to change my current availability on the mobile app.

Would you like to modify existing availability or add new ones? Here's how!


IMPORTANT: Creating new availability without an end date will overwrite the existing availability for the following dates. If you're looking to create several availabilities, do so chronologically by creating the closest one first, followed by the next, and so on until the last.

  1. Open the Atlas Scheduling app, and from the overview page click your initials in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Select the “My availability” option.

  3. Select the week you wish to add or modify and add the desired information. You can select all day unavailability or between certain hours, and you can add this preference to additional days if needed. Correct the options and save by clicking on the little check mark in the top right-hand corner.

  4. Review your selections and click the "Next Step" button. Set your minimum and maximum available hours for this week, how often this will repeat and any additional notes. Click the "Submit for approval" button.

Your changes are then submitted for approval to your manager. A notification will be sent to you after your modifications have been reviewed.
