Once you have submitted a Time off request or a Schedule request to your employer, you may need to modify or cancel it.
This article explains the conditions to be met and how to proceed.
1) Cancelling a request
1.1 Cancelling a Pending request
Any request still in the "Pending" status can be cancelled. To do so:
On the Atlas Scheduling dashboard, click the desired request tab.
Click on the desired request still in the "Pending" status.
Click on the red garbage can button, then Confirm to cancel the request.
1.2 Cancelling an approved request
Approved Time off requests can be cancelled using the same steps as a Pending request. However, offers to swap shifts and open shifts for which you have volunteered cannot be cancelled once approved.
If you are no longer available, you can try to make a shift transfer request yourself, or contact your manager directly via Messenger to let them know.
2) Modifying a request
IMPORTANT: Only Pending Time off requests can be modified.
On the Atlas Scheduling dashboard, click the "Time off request" tab.
Click on the desired request still in the "Pending" status.
Click the "Edit" button, amend your request and confirm.
If the request has already been approved, you will need to delete it (see point 1.2) and submit a new request.
