How to confirm that I have completed the tasks on my schedule? (Mobile app)

How to confirm that you have completed the tasks scheduled by your manager via the Atlas Scheduling app.

You may be assigned scheduled tasks that you'll need to confirm you've completed. The steps below will show you how to view and check off these items on your scheduled shifts.


Viewing my scheduled tasks

Once your schedule has been published, log into the Atlas Scheduling app and:

  1. Go to the "Schedule" tab along the bottom of the screen

  2. Click on the "Me" option along the top of the screen

  3. Click on the desired shift

  4. Scroll down to the "Tasks" section


Confirming completion of tasks

Here are the different ways to confirm that you have completed the tasks scheduled by your manager.

1. Confirm that tasks have been completed via the mobile application home page

To confirm that you have completed one or more tasks via the mobile application home page

  1. Go to the mobile application home page

  2. Scroll down to the "Tasks" section

  3. Check the task(s) you've completed

The task will then appear under the "Completed" section.

IMPORTANT: You can always come back later in the day and check off other tasks.

2. Confirming task completion via the timetable

To confirm that you have completed one or more tasks via your schedule;

  1. Go to the Schedule tab

  2. Click on the Me option along the top of the page

  3. Click on the desired shift

  4. Scroll down to the Tasks section

  5. Check the task(s) you have completed

  6. View your completed task

IMPORTANT: You can always come back later in the day and check off other tasks.

3. Confirm that tasks have been completed using mobile clock-in

To confirm that you have completed one or more tasks by clocking in with the mobile application.

  1. Go to the mobile application home page

  2. Click on the "Clock" button

  3. Select the correct clocking option as usual (starting work, break or leaving work)

  4. Scroll down to the "Tasks" section and check the task(s) you've completed

  5. Click on "Clock".

IMPORTANT: You can confirm that you have completed other tasks while clocking at other times during the day.


4. Confirm that tasks have been completed when clocking in with a fixed terminal

To confirm that you have completed task(s) when clocking in with a fixed terminal:

  1. Enter your PIN

  2. Select the appropriate check-in option as usual (Starting work, Unpaid break, Leaving work)

  3. In the Tasks section, check off the task(s) you've completed.

  4. Press Clock in

IMPORTANT: You can confirm that you have completed other tasks while clocking at other times during the day.
