Assigning the correct working day profile ensures accurate holiday and absence management for each employee.
How to Assign a Profile
Go to the Employee’s Record
Dashboard > Employees > Manage > View (eye icon)
Open the Job Tab
Click the Job tab.
Click the pink Update button.
Select the Working Day Profile
Click the pink Change button next to the Working days profile and select the correct profile from the dropdown menu.
Save Your Changes
Click Update.
How to Check Which Profile is Assigned
Go to the employee’s record.
Check the Job sub-tab to see the assigned profile.
Managing Changes
If an employee’s working pattern changes, assign a new profile as needed.
Always review and update profiles promptly to ensure accurate records.
