Understanding high fives and how to use them

High fives are simple: the tool lets you send thanks or appreciation to your work colleagues. It can be a simple message, a GIF, or even reactions that can be either private or public.

Where are high fives?

If your organization has high fives enabled under Atlas Scheduling's settings, you can access them on the website from the left navigation bar, or in the top-left menu on the app.

If you're a manager, you can find high fives under the HR menu of your navigation bar.

Creating a high five

  1. Give a high five:

    • Website: Click the Give a high five button in the top-right corner.

    • Mobile app: Press the plus (+) button at the bottom-right.

  2. Choose the high five recipient: It can be one or more specific people, or it can be a full team.

  3. Choose the type of high five to create.

  4. Write your message, add a GIF for some fun, define whether the high five is private or public, and choose the colour you like.

  5. Choose whether you want to send it immediately or later.

Checking out high fives

All high fives are found under this same page, and at the top of the page you'll have access to a variety of filters to see the desired high fives. Here's a couple filters:

  • Types of high fives.

  • Received high fives.

  • Sent high fives.

  • By location.

  • Private or public (Important: You'll only see private high fives you've sent or received).

You can add reactions to all high fives.
