Why Doesn’t My Employee See the Same Hours on Their Schedule as I Do?

It can happen that your employee shows you their rota and you notice that they don't see the same hours as you.

One thing that could explain why your employee doesn't see the same rota as you is changes that haven't been published.

  1. Go to the "Rota" tab

  2. Validate the employee's shift status

  3. If they have not been published, publish them by pressing the “Publish” button
