You can add tasks to your employees' shifts and ensure their completion.

This article explains how to check which tasks your employees have completed and which are outstanding.

Confirming task completion

Using the schedule

Once tasks have been added to your employees' published schedule, they can confirm that they've completed them, either on the schedule or at any clock-in, clock-out, or break time.

To confirm that your employees have completed their tasks:

  1. Click Atlas Scheduling > Schedule tab.

  2. The icon at the bottom of the shift will show you the number of completed tasks out of the total number of tasks.

To see details of completed and uncompleted tasks, click on the shift.

Under the Tasks section, you'll see the incomplete tasks; under Completed, you'll see the tasks that your employee has checked as done.

Using the dashboard

You can also confirm task completion using your dashboard:

  1. Click on the Home tab in the main menu on the left.

  2. Find the Shift tasks widget.

The widget shows you the task completion percentage for the selected day, as well as a shortcut to the schedule and export report.

Exporting a task report

You can also export a task report containing all scheduled tasks, only completed tasks, or only uncompleted tasks:

  1. Go to the Reports tab in the main menu on the left.

  2. Select the Scheduling subsection.

  3. Select the Shift tasks report.

  4. Select the desired options.

  5. Click Export.
