Administrators and managers may create a URL to share the full schedule with people not connected to Atlas Scheduling. This is also useful to share the full schedule of all departments and all locations of your organizations in a view only mode.
Public Schedule Creation
Select Schedule from the left-hand navigation bar.
Click on the More button, then select Manage public schedules.
Define the settings
You will be taken to the Public schedules page, and a sidebar will open where to can add the following:
Name the public schedule
Define the language (English or French)
Define the time format (12h or 24h)
Select the Locations and Positions to be included
Determine what Restrictions will be in place. Select all that you want included.
Share the Public Schedule
You can now copy the link generated and share it with external people. You can edit or delete this link permanently at any time with the ... on the far right of the link.
When someone accesses the link, they will see a view like this:
