You can easily access and contact your employees via the Rotas And Workforce Management mobile application.
To do so, access the full menu by clicking on the two horizontal lines in the top left corner.
Then select the "Employees" option from the list.
This will give you access to the complete list of your employees.
Simply select the employee of your choice.
This will give you access to his or her contact details, and allow you to communicate directly with him or her in a number of ways:
Click on the phone to call the employee;
Click on the Messenger icon to send a message via the Rotas and Workforce Management Messenger or a text message;
Click on the envelope to send an e-mail.
