You have full control over the types of notifications you receive and how you receive them.
To manage how to receive them, you must go under My notifications in your Atlas scheduling account from the website or the Atlas Scheduling app. Once you've completed that setup, you can change which notifications you get.
Where do you get the notifications from?
You can receive notifications from two different sources:
E-mail (default).
Push notifications on your mobile device.
Notifications, alerts, and what they mean
Receive notifications by e-mail
Get notified through your e-mail address associated with your Atlas access.
Important: Mobile notifications are controlled by the device the app is installed on. Either enable enabled push notifications or adjust your app notification settings.
My schedule
I’m scheduled to work: Whenever your manager publishes a new shift for you.
New open shifts are available: Whenever your manager publishes a new open shift that you can apply on.
I’m scheduled outside my availability: Whenever your manager publishes a new shift overlapping with one of your unavailability periods.
One of my shifts is deleted: Whenever your manager deletes one of your shifts.
I forgot to clock in for a shift: If your employer uses the Atlas Time Clock app, you'll be notified when you forget to clock in.
My shift starts in...: You can set up a custom shift reminder before the start of a shift.
My requests
A time off request is modified: Get notified when your manager approves or declines your request.
An availability request is modified: Get notified when your manager approves or declines your availability submission.
A transfer request is modified: Get notified when your manager approves or declines your request.
An open shift request is modified: Get notified when you receive an open shift.
Miscellaneous
A news feed thread is published or modified: Get notified about news feed messages.
My availability is changed by a supervisor: Get notified when your availability is manually changed by your manager.
A new comment concerning me is created: Get notified when there is a new comment on a post you're following.
A new message is sent in one of my messenger conversations: Get notified when someone speaks in a messenger conversation you're part of.
A high five has been received: When a new high five has been received.
A new survey is available: A new survey is displayed for you to complete.
A survey is pending completion: When a reminder is sent by a manager.
