There are multiple reasons why you would not receive Atlas Scheduling notifications. Here are the main ones.

A) My Atlas Scheduling Notifications

B) My Phone Notifications

Your phone notifications are deactivated. You must verify under your settings that Atlas Scheduling notifications are enabled.

If you have a Samsung, you energy saving settings may affect notifications delivery. Here is how to solve this problem.

C) Installation Issue

If the two previous steps have not resolved the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
