You can quickly update several employee records at once. Follow these steps:
Steps to Bulk Edit Employee Records
Go to Dashboard > Employees > Manage
Find the Actions (...) button (top right, next to the "Add Employee" button).
Select Update Employees.
Your employee's information will display on a table below. You can:
Use the filters to narrow the list
Change which fields to display and edit
Use the horizonal scroll bar along the bottom of the page to view more fields.
Choose and update the records you need.
The Info column indicates when your updates have saved. Legend below:
