Managers can amend or approve holiday requests on behalf of employees when needed. There are two ways to do this:
Via the Dashboard:
Go to Dashboard > Company > Company Time Off widget > View
Filter by employee name and status (e.g. pending), then select Actions (...) > Approve/Amend.
Via Employee Management:
Go to Dashboard > Employees > Manage > View (eye icon) > Holidays and Absence, then select Actions (...) > Amend/Approve. Make any necessary changes and click Approve.
Tip:
Adjust the filters as needed to locate the correct time off request, depending on its approval status.
