How to assign Training courses and bundles

Assigning training courses or bundles to Atlas users.

IMPORTANT: To assign training to your employees, they must have been granted access to Atlas as a User, which will allow them to sign in.


Selecting a Course or Bundle

  • From the Dashboard, go to Manage training > Training courses and bundles from the left-hand navigation menu.

  • At the top of the training page, select either Training course or Bundles, depending on what you wish to assign.

Assignment Process

  • Click the Actions icon (...) for the desired Course or Bundle, and select Assign.

  • Choose who should receive the training from the Assign to dropdown:

    • All users in the company

    • Site (Select from the available sites in your organization)

    • Department or team (Select from available hierarchy options)

    • Users (Select one or more individual User)

  • Choose from one of the two available options:

    • Don't invite anyone who has already passed the module

    • Invite everyone, even someone who has already passed the module (This will reassign the course)

  • Select a Due date that you with for the assignment(s) to be completed by

  • Click Submit to confirm and assign.


Managing Assignments

To see which employees have already been assigned a course or bundle, click the Actions icon (...) and select View Trainees.

This will show the complete assignment history for this item, allowing you to search for specific employees or filter by the completion status of the item(s). This will also allow you to either Re-invite or Remove an assignment from an individual user by clicking the Actions icon (...) to the right of their name.
