Would you like to write an out-of-office message that will be displayed when you are away from the office (vacation, appointments, etc.)? It is now possible to do so and designate a delegate.
Where can I set up the away message?
While logged into Atlas Scheduling, click on your initials in the upper right-corner of the screen, then select the “Away message” option.
What to write
Enable or disable the Away message
Choose the period during which it will be displayed:
Over multiple days
Single day, either all day or between set times
Enter your Away message
Select a Point of contact who will handle messages in your absence.
The word “Scheduled” will then appear next to the Away message section to indicate that it will be activated on the scheduled date. When your away message is active for the current day or includes it, a purple moon icon appears on your badge. This confirms that the away message is activated.
