Once a time off bank is created, you can then adjust its balance. You can make these adjustments either individually or en masse.

Adjusting values in bulk

To adjust the time banks for all employees:

  1. Go to Time off > Banks from the left navigation bar.

  2. Multiselect the desired employees by checking the left-side boxes.

  3. Click on Bulk actions, and choose one of the following:

    • Refill hours

    • Adjust hours

    • Reset hours

Refill hours

This option lets you choose a bank and bring the hours of each selected employee to the decided amount.

Example: We're refilling the Time off in lieu bank to 16 hours. In this case, an employee with nothing in their bank will have 16 hours added, someone with 10 hours will only have four hours added, and someone who has 16 hours or more will not be changed.

Adjust hours

This option lets you add the same number of hours to every selected employee's bank (or remove the same number from) without any consideration for the current amount in their banks.

Example: We're adding four days to each employee's bank. Someone with no time in their bank will end up with four days, while someone with seven days in their bank will end up with 11 days.

Reset hours

This option simply brings back the bank to zero for the selected employees, regardless of the current balance.

Adjusting an individual employee's banks

To adjust the time bank of a specific employee:

  1. Click on Time off > Banks.

  2. Click on the employee's name.

  3. Select the right type of bank.

  4. Click Adjust bank time.
