The scheduler contains a small indicator 🚦 under the name of each employee that counts the total number of hours scheduled. This indicator works best if employees have provided a minimum and maximum number of hours per in their availability.

A) Indicator's Colours

The following points refer to the colours displayed in the hour meter under the names of the employees in the planner.

  • Grey: The employee has not sent you availability requests

  • Green: The number of planned hours is within the desired interval

  • Yellow: the number of hours planned is below or above the desired interval.

  • Red: You are planning overtime, which is more expensive for the organisation.
