You will sometimes need to create two shifts in the same day for multiple reasons. Here's how to do so.
Create the first shift. If it's your first time, see this article.
Beneath the existing shift, simply click on New shift to create a second shift for this employee.
IMPORTANT: Overlapping start and end times between the two shifts will create a conflict warning. Refer to this article for more information on managing shift conflicts.
