If you have mobile employees who move to different customer locations (security, home care etc.) then we recommend using our Resources Module instead of a new organisation.

You may need to create a new Organisation if you have an entirely separate company or division to manage. If you hesitate between creating an Organisation or Location, read this this article.

IMPORTANT
​Organisations are completely distinct from one another. They do not share employees. If you need to share those, we recommend using a location instead.
