Important to know:

If you have mobile employees who move to different customer locations (security, home care etc.) then we recommend using our Resources Module instead of a new organization.

You may need to create a new Organization if you have an entirely separate company or division to manage. If you hesitate between creating an Organization or Location, read this this article.

IMPORTANT
​Organizations are completely distinct from one another. They do not share employees. If you need to share those, we recommend using a location instead.

If you feel strongly that a new organization is required please speak to your Account Manager who will be able to assist you.
