Do I have enough data to use Rotas and Workforce Management?
The short answer is most likely yes. The smallest data plans are around 1Gb per month.
If you punch in and out with data every day with the mobile app on data usage, you should use around 10 Mb.
The usage is even lower if you only use Rotas and Workforce Management to look up your schedule and not for anything timesheet related.

Looking at a 1minute video
There should not be any issues by using Rotas and Workforce Management on top of your regular usage 🙌
